Requirements of the Program
- Complete 3-4 months of study in India where all the theory modules will be covered first to:
- Receive a statement of attainment and letter of invitation from Educare College to use for your training visa application
- Procure Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Meet the minimum IELTS score requirement of CLB level 6/5.5 in each module
- Attain Certificate IV while studying and working in Australia

Total of 5-6 years before you are eligible to apply for a PR.
- First visa: Student Training Visa, 407 for 2 years (to be renewed every year).
- Second visa: Work Visa, 482 for years3 - 5. You get a work visa for 39 months.
- Third visa: You can apply for PR after completing 36 months on work visa.
Spouse work visa at each visa renewal stage costs AUD 2500.
On 407 Training Visa, they can work 20hours/week which is part time. If they belong to skill set categories which are in demand, they can get full time work.
On 482 Employer Sponsored Work Visa, they can work full time. In our regular visa schedule, a charge of AUD 2500 will be levied for an additional spouse work permit.
Certificate III and Certificate IV in age care.
Duration of the apprenticeship: 4 months for Certificate III, 2 years for Certificate IV wherein you will complete the theoretical modules in the initial 3 months and the rest will be practical.
CHC33015 Certificate III is an Australian healthcare training program combining theory and practice with you being an employee of an Australian age-care company and a vocational college student at the same time.

CHC43015 Certificate IV will enable you to complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community-based environments.

If you meet the English requirement criteria which is a minimum of Band 5.5,you can get into the bridge program for registered nurses at any visa stage which is 407, 482 and even after PR.
Just the practical assessment which will be ongoing in both the courses.
INLEAD in partnership with Educare has created a comprehensive program, which will provide you with the required training to complete your Certificate III at INLEAD’s campus in Gurgaon, under the supervision of Australian educators.
Post completing Certificate III, you will travel to Australia on an employee sponsored Training Visa 407.
